Subject	Power steering - burst line or steering rack?

Message	Hey, guys, I was driving home and all of a sudden the HICAS light came on and I lost power steering. When I got home ATF was all over my passenger wheel on the inside and fluid was dripping fast! I was thinking "blown High Pressure Hose" because it was like a mini explosion, but then started thinking it was the Steering Rack because it was all over the wheel. I'll check it later to see for certain but wanted to see if anyone experienced this before. If this has ever happened to you, was it from a burst High Pressure Line or from a blown/burst Steering Rack seal? Thanks a lot!
